Claim / Return

Please include all items you would like to replace/return below. To ensure you receive all replacements at once, please fill out this form after you have taken inventory of your order and opened all boxes.

1. Please make sure you’ve inspected your entire order and you have photos of any damages. Include all damaged or missing items on one claim ticket so we can process your order on time.

2. Our claims department will review your claim once the form is submitted. After it is approved, your claim will be processed for replacement.
