Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be within thirty (30) days of receiving the merchandise. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an order/item, please email customer service a written notification at service@rarartacabinets.com to obtain authorization from RaraRTACabinets cabinets. The written notification must include a list of all the items being returned and the reason for return.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail/ship your return.

• All returns will need to be authorized by RaraRTACabinets cabinets prior to return shipment. For authorization, please click here to email authorization request.
• Returns must be received by RaraRTACabinets cabinets within 30 days of purchase.
• All items returned in original, unopened packaging will incur a 25% restocking fee.
• Opened or assembled products are not eligible for return.
• The customer is responsible for setting up all return shipments.
• Any returned product which is deemed un-sellable will not receive credit.
• When the returned item(s) are received, the value of the returned items minus applicable restocking fees and shipping fees will be credited back once our Returns Department has completed processing the request (usually within 2 weeks). If the original shipment received free shipping, the credit will be issued minus the actual shipping charges paid by RaraRTACabinets cabinets.
• We will not process any returns if the product returned is missing or incomplete from the original shipment.
• We cannot accept returns on any Pre-Assembled cabinets or pieces of trim (this includes all types of moulding, toe kick, plywood panels, and etc.).

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be canceled by written notice via email within twenty-four (24) hours of the order being placed without any penalty or cost to you. Once the written notification is submitted, if you do not receive a confirmation from rarartacabinets.com within 12 hours, you must contact us again to receive confirmation. Due to our strict timeline of striving to ship out RTA orders within 1 to 2 business or pre-assembled orders within 2 to 3 business days of being placed, cancellations after twenty-four (24) hours are treated as normal returns *see return policy*. This also applies if you currently have an order and a new sale begins. You can cancel the existing order and place the same order with the new sale, but the twenty-four (24) hour cancellation policy will apply.

Please Note
Any cancellations beyond the twenty-four (24) hours are strictly subject to a 25% restocking fee.
This policy will not apply for our Black Friday sale. Any and all orders canceled up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the Black Friday sale will automatically be subject to the 25% restocking fee.
